Everyone and every "body" is unique, with different strengths and limitations. As a professional trainer, my method is to build a custom plan based on your health history, your lifestyle, and most important, your fitness goals. We will work together to transform your body, and develop the habits that will make your results last a lifetime.
I have been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for over five years now. I started as a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness in Issaquah, where I helped clients for three years and ultimately became a Master Trainer. The foundation of knowledge and experience I’ve gained from working with clients, my certifications, working with other coaches, attending fitness seminars, and my own 15-year journey of lifting weights gives me the confidence and ability to effectively guide you towards your health and fitness goals. The knowledge I have gained in this time has given me the expertise to effectively guide you towards achieving your goals.
Growing up I played in a variety of sports—football, basketball, and baseball, until my freshman year of high school. During my sophomore year of high school, I decided to join the track team to work on conditioning for football, and continued with football and track throughout high school. I excelled in the sprints, ultimately making it to the Washington state championship finals in the 100m dash and 200m dash in my junior and senior seasons. I also led my school’s 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams to the state finals both years, winning the 4x100m in my senior season. During my time at WWU, I appeared in the finals in two GNAC Indoor and Outdoor Conference Championships in the 200m dash, as well as anchoring the 4x100m relay team in the conference finals.
I enjoy doing anything outdoors—hiking, biking, skiing, backpacking, swimming, and running trails. I’m an avid college football fan and closely follow high school, collegiate, and professional track and field. I’m passionate about travelling and I love cooking and trying new recipes.
